❖ 07:00 - Starting your journey: From Split to the Blue Cave

Your adventure begins in the heart of Split, where you'll meet our friendly crew at Riva Promenade, stand #10. Departure times vary depending on the season. During the regular season (1.6. do 20.9), you will set sail for an exhilarating Adriatic voyage at 7:00 AM. If you booked your tour during the pre-season, please note that departure is at 8:00 AM.

❖ 11:00 - Blue Cave

The very first stop is the magical and apocalyptic Biševo Island where the Blue Cave is situated. We’ll arrive at the island of Biševo around 11:00 so you will have plenty of time to meet natural phenomena very unlike anything you have experienced. Sun rays will be streaming through the underwater cavern opening, creating a beautiful blue atmosphere, and bringing some magical effects.

Subsequent to the blue cave visit, we will take you to the sandy Porat beach of Biševo which is said to be the most attractive beach on the island. In this spot, you will be able to have a swim here and away from everybody when the beach is quiet of humanity.

But if you have time during your stay on this island you can also enjoy a swim in the Vela Luka Bay and an interesting hike to the highest peak of the island from where you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding islands.

❖ 14:00 - 15:00 - Island Vis

After Biševo, our journey continues to the island of Vis. We will stay here from 14:00 to 15:00 and you will have the chance to visit Stiniva Beach, famous for its natural beauty. If weather permits, we'll also visit the little fishing village of Komiža with a peek into the realities of the tiny coastal life of the Adriatic.

❖ 15:20 - Budikovac Island

At 15:20 we will arrive at Budikovac Island, where you'll find a shallow lagoon beach where you will be able to take a swim. This beach is ideal for families travelling with children.

❖ 16:00 - Paklinski Islands

Afterwards, at 16:00 we'll transport you to the Pakleni Islands, where you’ll be able to taste the Mediterranean delicious food. We recommend trying the local fish and seafood.

When you finish, you can go for a little walk in the villages or sunbathe a bit on the beach before we go off to our last destination on this trip.

❖ 16:50 - Hvar Town

Finally, we'll bring you to Hvar town. Here, from 16:50 to 17:10 you’ll be able to explore its rich history and marvel at its enchanting architecture, reminiscent of a real-life fairy tale.

17:30 - Arrival to Split

After a day filled with adventure and exploration, at 17:30 your tour concludes with a scenic return journey to Split.

We are sure that this trip will be perfect for you, so take your swimsuit, some sun cream, and a camera, and make unforgettable memories!

This tour offers a unique opportunity to experience the magic of the Adriatic in one day. You will get to enjoy hidden coves, go swimming in crystal-clear waters, and be amazed by the magnificent Blue Cave.

The convenience factor is a major advantage and a true reason to take this tour. Forget the complications of trying to route between the islands using ferries and piecing the itinerary together yourself.

Condor Yachting will handle everything, from hire cars or shuttles and entry tickets to giving you masks and snorkels for underwater exploration. You have nothing to worry about, just pack your swimsuit and a touch of an adventurous spirit, and you are ready to be captivated by the beauty of the Adriatic.

Activities to enjoy on the Island Biševo

Beyond the ethereal beauty of the Blue Cave, Biševo Island offers a surprising variety of experiences for the adventurous traveller.

The crystal-clear waters

One of the memorable experiences while visiting Biševo Island is the sight of the perfect, sparkling water that surrounds it. Plunge into the reviving sea and snorkel along with colourful sea creatures, or just lie on the sandy beaches of Porat Beach and absorb the sun's rays. No matter if you are a dedicated swimmer or you love to wind down by the coast, Biševo offers activity variety from the more adventurous to the relaxing by the shore.

Exploring hidden gems

Here you can find nice beaches reachable only by boat. Plenty of tours will provide you with the opportunity to swim in these hidden paradises, devoid of the bustle of crowds.

A hike with a view

For some, the excitement comes when they choose trails to Biševo that lead to beautiful viewpoints. Trek to the highest point of the islet and relish the dazzling sceneries which spread over the archipelago.

Travel tips

While going on a full-day tour, travel tips come in handy for having a top-notch experience.

What to pack for a day tour

Since we are going to go in a cave and be in the sun for most of the day, you will need to pack your backpack accordingly. Make sure to bring along essentials such as:

  • Bathing suits and towels for swimming stops
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats
  • Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking and exploring
  • Long-sleeved shirt and pants for inside the cave and in case it gets chilly in the evening
  • Snacks, water, and any personal items you may need throughout the day
  • A camera or smartphone to capture memorable moments along the journey

Essential tips for travelers

A little pre-trip planning can significantly enhance your Blue Cave tour experience.  Here are some essential tips to keep in mind:

  • Research and book in advance.
  • Check the weather forecast.
  • Arrive at the designated meeting point in Split on time to ensure a smooth departure.
  • Follow the guide's instructions.
  • Stay well-hydrated and reapply sunscreen.
  • Respect nature and sea creatures during your snorkelling activities.
  • Be considerate of the people in your surroundings and especially of your fellow travellers and ensure that every passenger on board has a nice experience.

Best time to visit the Blue Cave

If you want to have the most fantastic experience at the Blue Cave, have a visit there in the summer months as they can give you the warmest weather and the calmest seas. On the other side, this can be slightly problematic because there are many crowds during the summer months. If you are not fond of crowds, try coming during shoulder season with sunny weather and slightly fewer visitors.
